We are sometimes asked by race directors for permission to use our copyrighted photo images as part of their own public relations activities. In accordance with our policy, we hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use any of the images contained on this CD for public relations purposes in printed materials and/or your Web site(s), provided that no photo image is used for advertising or trade purposes without the written consent of Marathon Foto, Inc. and the person(s) in the photo. In addition, no photo image can be used to portray the subject in an undignified manner. Acknowledge Marathon Foto's copyright whenever you use any of the photo images in this CD. Copyright acknowledgement on a credits page is acceptable.
