Lowell High School will be open until 2:00 p.m.
All post-race activities take place on the grounds of the
Tsongas Arena (see maps)

Awards Ceremony – There will be NO official awards ceremony.
All awards will be mailed out within three weeks.
The Marathon and Half Marathon start at 8:00 a.m. on Father
Morissette Blvd., just outside the main entrance to Lowell
High school. The starting lines will be marked.
You should plan on arriving at Lowell High School AT
LEAST 90 minutes before the start of the race. The
downtown area gets very congested on race morning, and
traffic back-ups on major roads leading into the city.
Race day parking is available in area garages for a flat fee
Water is available at the start and finish.
Clocks will be out on the course at miles 2, 4/14, 6/16, 8,
10/20, 12/22 & 24
Water Stops – approximately every 2 miles. Lemon-line
gatorade, water, and porta-john at every water stop.
PowerGel is available on the MARATHON course only at
(approximately) miles 7 and 17.
Medical aid is available at the Rourke Bridge, which is
miles 3.5 and 9.5 on the Half Marathon course and miles 3,
12.5 and 22.5 on the Marathon course. All water stop have
means to connect the medical team and get you assistance
anywhere on the course.
Medical aid is also available at the finish line
Official support ends 6 hours after the start of the race at
Spectators can watch the race at the Rourke Bridge. (See 6e)
Showers are available inside the Lowell High School Field
House after the race.

is our official race photographer. They will be out on the
course and at the finish line.
