The Marathon consists of a double loop course. The course starts at Boarding House Park and ends after the second loop at LeLacheur Park.

Marathon Course Description (Click here for an expanded Marathon course description)

 

The marathon starts near Boarding House Park on French Street. The runners go west. French Street turns into Fr. Morissette Boulevard, which turns into Pawtucket Street., which turns into Middlesex Street. The runners go by the Rourke Bridge. At the fifth left, runners turn left onto Broulette Street (also known as Grosvenor St).

   

At the end of Broulette, turn right onto Princeton Street in Chelmsford. At end of Princeton Street, the road turns right and goes through Vinal Square to Middlesex Road. Runners head into Tyngsboro and take a right onto the Tyngsboro Bridge. At end of the bridge, turn right onto Route 113. On the first loop, runners will turn right and cross the Rourke Bridge and take a right back onto Middlesex Street.

 

Again, runners will take the left onto Broulette Street. Turn right onto Princeton Street and go through Vinal Square to Middlesex Road. Head into Tyngsboro and take a right onto the Tyngsboro Bridge. At end of bridge, turn right onto Route 113.

 

On the second loop, runners go past the Rourke Bridge and proceed to the Aiken Street Bridge where they turn right. Runners go around LeLacheur Park and enter the park through the service entrance along the third base line. Runners will follow warning track in outfield and finish in front of the Lowell Spinners' dugout.
